Sara Pop is the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Lactation.com, a Registered Nurse (BSN, RN, RNC-MNN), International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and certified Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) provider. Sara specializes in evidence-based lactation support, newborn feeding, oral dysfunction, NICU families, and complex breastfeeding challenges. She is passionate about creating personalized, sustainable feeding plans that support both infant nutrition and parental mental health. Sara continues to provide inpatient and outpatient lactation care, teaches healthcare professionals, and advocates for compassionate, family-centered support.
