Paulina Delgado

Sleep Family Counselor

Nutritionist/Dietician | Sleep Specialist

Background

Paulina Delgado, MS – Pediatric Sleep Scientist & Family Sleep Consultant

Paulina is a pediatric sleep and nutrition scientist with over 15 years of research experience in infant sleep patterns, circadian rhythms, and biological development. After her own experience with severe sleep deprivation as a new mother to her son Matías, she developed the Mindful Baby Sleep Method™—a science-based approach that prioritizes maternal emotional stability while teaching babies healthy sleep habits.

Her method differs from traditional sleep training by focusing on three core pillars: understanding each baby’s unique circadian biology, protecting the mother’s emotional well-being as the foundation of family health, and providing long-term support through developmental milestones and sleep regressions up to age 7.

Paulina has helped over 1000 families achieve restful sleep without cry-it-out methods, offering personalized plans based on each child’s biological rhythms and family dynamics. She serves families in San Diego and virtually, providing bilingual services in English and Spanish.

Core Philosophy: “Sleep is learned—and the root of a healthy family.”
Specialties: Infant & toddler sleep (newborn-7 years), circadian rhythm analysis, gentle sleep methods, maternal mental health support, bilingual family consultations
Services: In-person (San Diego CA) and virtual consultations available
