Background

At The Functional Foundations, we are driven by a deeply personal journey that sparked our passion for providing myofunctional therapy, infant feeding therapy (breastfeeding & bottle feeding support), speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, and craniosacral & craniosacral-fascial therapy. Our mission is to make a positive impact on individuals and families by offering holistic care that assesses the whole body and addresses the unique goals of each client. We believe that true success lies in supporting not just the patient but the entire family, fostering familial well-being.
With a commitment to a personalized and holistic approach, we empower our clients to embrace their health journey fully. We understand the profound impact that feeding and swallowing disorders can have on the body, and we utilize our extensive training to address these challenges comprehensively.
Our approach goes beyond the therapy session – we encourage our clients and their families to integrate exercises and therapeutic techniques into their everyday activities. By understanding the ‘why’ behind the exercises and therapy, families can take an active role in their loved one’s progress.
Collaboration is at the heart of our practice. We value interdisciplinary care and work closely with other holistic healthcare professionals to offer comprehensive solutions. By embracing this collective approach, we strive to create a supportive network that empowers individuals on their path to wellness.
At The Functional Foundations, we aspire to be more than a service provider – we aim to be a source of inspiration and transformation, fostering a positive impact that extends far beyond the therapy room. Our dedication to assessing the whole person and supporting families drives us to provide exceptional care that touches lives and nurtures lasting well-being.
