Sleep Specialist

Background

Why work with us? There are hundreds of sleep programs and guides out there, and while they may work well for some families, they don’t work for everyone. Working with us, you get a completely individualized approach to sleep. We focus on YOU. We take everything into account – your child’s temperament, unique sleep needs, your family’s goals, beliefs, the latest sleep research, and safe sleep practices. In addition, you have someone there with you every step of the way as we get your child’s sleep on track. We’re the total package!

If your child is struggling with a sleep related issue or if you’re a new or expecting parent looking for newborn education, we can help you. Some of the more common issues include, but are not limited to having to rock or feed your baby to sleep, wanting your sleepy bear to sleep in their own sleep space (and stay there), waking up with your child multiple times a night, experiencing early risings, and short or skipped naps. Do any of these ring true for you? If so, contact us today!
