Background

Mission Statement

My mission is to help children with chronic skin rashes heal from the inside out—so they can stop itching, sleep peacefully, expand their diets, and live full, normal childhoods.

I support parents with a clear, evidence-based path forward when creams, medications, elimination diets, and guesswork haven’t worked—by identifying and addressing the real root causes driving their child’s skin.

Care Philosophy

Chronic skin conditions in children are never “just a skin issue.”
They are signals of deeper imbalance involving the gut, immune system, nutrients, detoxification pathways, and skin barrier function.

My approach is:

Root-cause focused
I don’t chase symptoms or flares. I identify what’s driving inflammation beneath the skin and address it in the correct order—so healing is lasting, not temporary.

Child-first and safety-led
Children are not small adults. I do not apply aggressive adult protocols, extreme detoxes, or unnecessary restrictions to developing bodies. Every recommendation is age-appropriate, intentional, and protective of growth and development.

Systems-based, not single-lever
Food is rarely the whole problem. Mold is rarely the root. Creams alone are never enough. I look at how the gut, immune system, skin barrier, nutrient status, and detox pathways interact—and build plans that support the whole system.

Strategic, not restrictive
I avoid unnecessary elimination diets, random supplements, and fear-based advice. The goal is more nourishment, not less—and a plan families can actually sustain.

Personalized and guided
No two children heal the same way. I use detailed history, functional testing when appropriate, and close support to adapt the plan as the child’s body responds—so parents aren’t left guessing or panicking when things change.

Supportive of families, not judgmental
Parents are not failing. They are exhausted, overwhelmed, and doing their best with incomplete information. My role is to bring clarity, confidence, and calm into a process that has often felt chaotic and scary.

What This Means in Practice

• We stop chasing flares and start stabilizing the body
• We reduce itching by calming immune over-reaction
• We rebuild the skin barrier from the inside out
• We expand diets safely instead of shrinking them
• We move parents out of survival mode and back into trust

Healing is not about doing more.
It’s about doing the right things, in the right order, with the right support.
