Danielle Zold

Dietician | Nutritionist

Background

Hi, I’m Danielle! I’m a Pediatric Registered Dietitian and the founder of Nourished Pediatrics.

We support children with feeding, digestion, and growth through personalized, whole-child nutrition care.

My background includes pediatric GI, multidisciplinary feeding therapy, Early Intervention, and complex picky eating (ARFID/PFD). I work with families navigating things like restrictive eating, constipation, poor growth, nutrient deficiencies, tube feeding transitions, and feeding-related stress.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and rooted in understanding the “why” behind feeding challenges. Eating difficulties are rarely just about behavior or willpower… they’re often connected to digestion, sensory processing, oral motor skills, routines, pressure at meals, medical history, or underlying discomfort.

I focus on helping families reduce stress at the table while building sustainable strategies that support both nutrition and a healthier relationship with food. That might include things like improving mealtime structure, reducing pressure around eating, supporting digestion, identifying nutrient deficiencies, food chaining, sensory-friendly exploration, or helping parents feel more confident in how they respond during meals.

Above all, I want families to feel supported, understood, and less alone in the process.
