Dr. Christy Carosello

PT, DPT, PCES

Physical Therapist

Background

Hi, I’m Christy — a mother, wife, physical therapist, and Louisville, KY native. I co-founded Mamas in Motion to provide exceptional pelvic floor and perinatal care for women, especially mothers, in every stage of life. I’m passionate about helping moms lead active, pain-free lives and love supporting women during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Before starting our private practice, I worked in large hospital-based pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy settings, gaining valuable experience in treating a wide range of women’s health and musculoskeletal concerns. I believe in a holistic, compassionate approach and love empowering women with the tools they need to feel confident in their bodies.

When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me spending time with my husband and kids, working out, playing volleyball, hiking, traveling, walking my dog, or getting lost in a good book.
