Background
Therapy should feel human, not clinical, rushed, or performative. My approach is rooted in the belief that your symptoms make sense in the context of your life. Anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, and emotional exhaustion are not personal failures, they’re often signals from a nervous system that has been carrying too much for too long. I blend evidence-based therapy with warmth, authenticity, and real-world application. That means we don’t just talk about insight, we focus on solutions and helping your body and mind feel safer, more regulated, and more capable in daily life.
You don’t need a perfect therapist, you need a real one. Someone who brings both clinical expertise and humanity into the room, and who understands that healing happens through connection, not pretense.
I know what it’s like to have postpartum anxiety that makes you check if your baby’s breathing multiple times a night, even though you know it’s not rational. I know the weight of loving your kid while simultaneously resenting how much your life changed. I know what it feels like to look fine on the outside while barely holding it together inside.
Additionally I support parents of children with special needs, medical complexities, and disabilities. This is both a personal and professional passion of mine. I understand the mental load of juggling specialists, therapists, and IEP meetings.
That lived experience is paired with advanced training in EMDR, perinatal mental health, CBT, and ACT. So you get someone who actually gets it AND has the clinical expertise to help you heal. Not just empathy. Not just techniques. Both.
And you won’t outgrow this practice. I support women from their twenties through perimenopause: fertility struggles, pregnancy anxiety, postpartum, special needs parenting, midlife transitions. Your needs will shift. You won’t have to start over.
