Arielle Greenleaf
Pediatric Sleep Consulting, Perinatal Behavioral Health Coach
Sleep SpecialistBackground
Arielle is a pediatric sleep consultant supporting families with children from newborn through age 9. After struggling with severe sleep deprivation following the birth of her daughter in 2014, she became certified in 2016 and has since dedicated her career to helping families get the rest they need to thrive.
She has built and scaled two sleep consulting businesses, trained over 60 sleep consultants, and co-hosts The Sleep Edit Podcast alongside Dr. Craig Canapari. Her work has been featured in outlets like The New York Times, Romper, and Slate.
Arielle is also a passionate advocate for maternal mental health and takes a data-driven, individualized approach to sleep—using each child’s real 24-hour sleep patterns to create sustainable, realistic plans for families.
My Philosophy
Sleep is not one-size-fits-all
Schedules should be based on real data, not generic wake windows
Sleep plans should support the entire 24-hour picture, not just nights or a sole focus on methods
Parents deserve clear, actionable guidance, not fluff or guesswork
Independent sleep is a skill that can be taught in a direct, supportive, and effective way
Maternal mental health matters just as much as the child’s sleep
