Course Description
Picky to Playful is a hands-on, research-backed feeding workshop that helps children move from selective eating to confident food exploration. Rooted in evidence-based approaches (including principles from programs like The Dr. Yum Project), this group focuses on reducing mealtime pressure while increasing comfort, curiosity, and variety.
Through guided sensory play, food exploration, and caregiver coaching, children learn to interact with new foods in a low-pressure, supportive environment. Parents leave with practical strategies to implement at home—so progress doesn’t stop at the table.
Each session introduces a new food and simple recipe, helping families build skills over time in a fun, community-based setting.

The Mouth Rehab is a specialty therapy practice focused on feeding, speech, myofunctional therapy, and airway-centered care for infants, children, and adults.
We specialize in identifying and treating oral-motor, feeding, and myofunctional challenges at their root, including tethered oral tissues (tongue/lip ties), oral habits, mouth breathing, inefficient chewing or swallowing, speech clarity concerns, and feeding difficulties across the lifespan.
Our approach is gentle, functional, and highly individualized. We combine evidence-based therapy with education, collaboration, and whole-body awareness to help clients build lasting skills. We believe that when the mouth functions well, everything from feeding to sleep to confidence improves.
