Instructors
Christine Nguyen, OTD, OTR/L, SWC
Dr. Christine Nguyen is a licensed occupational therapist and the founder and director of The Center for Infant Tethered Oral Ties. She established her practice in Arcadia, California in 2016, initially providing occupational therapy services to children across a wide range of needs.
Through years of clinical work, Dr. Nguyen recognized a growing gap in care for infants with complex feeding, oral motor, and airway-related challenges — particularly those associated with tethered oral tissues. By 2022, her practice had evolved into a highly specialized model focused primarily on infants with tongue-tie and related functional concerns.
Dr. Nguyen is a national speaker and educator, an AOTA Approved Provider, and an active member of the American Occupational Therapy Association. She is known for her advocacy on behalf of children and families, and for her commitment to advancing thoughtful, function-based care in early infancy.
