Featured Providers
Featured Provider listings are paid upgrades that receive enhanced visibility within the directory. Inclusion as a Featured Provider does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or verification of services by The Baby Collective.

Every submission to The Baby Collective is manually reviewed before being published.

Our review process may include:

  • Verification of professional licensure, certification, or credentials (when applicable)
  • Review of publicly available information such as websites, business listings, or professional social media accounts
  • Confirmation that services align with the provider’s stated scope of practice
  • Review for professionalism, clarity, and alignment with The Baby Collective’s mission to support families with trustworthy, evidence-informed resources
  • While inclusion in the directory reflects a completed review process, The Baby Collective does not guarantee outcomes, endorse specific practices, or replace individualized professional judgment.

Providers must:

  • Hold a current, valid professional license or certification (in good standing) in the state where they practice
  • Offer services within their scope of training, certification, and licensure
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
  • Additional credential verification or screening may apply.
  • The Baby Collective reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion.

You will not be charged unless your upgraded listing is approved. Applications are reviewed prior to invoicing. Once payment is submitted, your listing will be published within two business days.

No. Your one-year membership term will begin on the date The Baby Collective officially goes live to parents.

  • Practice or service address (if applicable)
  • Areas of specialization

An upgraded listing is designed for providers who want increased visibility, added credibility, and deeper engagement within The Baby Collective community.

Upgraded Listings include everything in a free listing, plus:

  • “Featured Provider” badge with enhanced visibility in Marketplace search results
  • Links to multiple websites
  • Links to all your professional social media profiles
  • Priority access to meetings, events, and collaborative opportunities
  • The ability to publish client reviews and testimonials
  • Access to a private Facebook group for Featured Providers, created for professional collaboration, referrals, and shared resources

The Baby Collective is built around intentional matching – not just listings.

Instead of broad categories or generic searches, providers select specific specialties, services, and offerings that are tagged within the directory. Parents and caregivers can search using detailed terms related to their concerns, goals, or stage of development, helping them find professionals who truly align with what they’re looking for.

In addition to the directory, parent guides and educational resources help families understand their needs and direct them toward relevant services—bridging the gap between questions and action. This creates a more thoughtful, supportive experience for families and ensures providers are connected with the right audience from the start.

No. Creating a Provider account and a standard listing on The Baby Collective Marketplace is completely free.
